Custom Balloon Pencil for the Pencil Café located at 12 Harkness Avenue, Pasadena Ca 91706. A favorite for the students of Pasadena City College. Its a favorite lunch spot of ours here at Decorations Envy so we jumped at the opportunity to promote some of our work. Its an eye catcher for students and patrons of the café.
